HeyNeo is a web-based SaaS model which helps users who have created HeyNeo accounts ("User(s)") to access product offerings ("Service(s)") provided by HeyNeo to use GPU/CPU cloud computers and build Machine Learning solutions by leveraging APIs for training, finetuning and deployment of open source and BYO AI/ML models. We process your data in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations following industry best practices.
The Privacy Policy applies primarily to information that we collect online; however, it may apply to some of the data that you provide to us offline and/or through other means, as well (for example, via telephone or through the mail).

All data generated by users on our platform, including but not limited to fine-tuning outputs, deployment service outputs, model outputs, and data outputs, will be retained for a maximum period of 180 days from the date of asset creation. After this period, the data will be automatically and permanently deleted from our systems.
